Kaiza along with his older brother Haizer and younger sister Raiza are born on the Planet
Neo Vegeta-Seitai which was founded shortly after the destruction of the Saiyan's
Homeworld. He first learn about Goku and Vegeta from Vegeta's younger brother who first notice
Neo Vegeta-Seitai since then Kaiza and his Siblings came to Earth upon their arrival
Kaiza had made many rivalies during his time on Earth both human and non Human on the other side he has
